The Ride

The ride offers a choice of four fun routes; the 12-mile Little Sister, the 25-mile Girly Girl, the 42-mile Middle Sister, or our 62-mile Burly Girl. Please note that all routes are new this year and will be posted as soon as they are available.

New start location this year:  Cyclists will start and finish at Issaquah High School (located at 700 2nd Ave SE in Issaquah) and throughout the day pedal through the cities of Issaquah, Bellevue, South King County, Renton and Newcastle.

Participants can expect lots of girly surprises, gift bags, fun rest stops, and a fantastic finish line reception!  Make sure to take a look at our Ride Day Information (2012 update coming soon) to view our Ride Day Schedules

We have tried to answer our most frequently asked questions, but if you have a route specific question not listed, please contact our Route Director at info@cyclethewave.org.

The 12-Mile Little Sister is a short and sweet 12 mile loop that travels marked bike lanes. While not as hilly as the other routes, there is a climb along a paved bike path with a surprise at the top!  Please check back for the Little Sister Map and Little Sister Cue Sheet.

The 25-Mile Girly Girl is a fun ride through the rolling hills of Bellevue’s quiet neighborhoods.  Please check back for the Girly Girl Map & Girly Girl Cue Sheet.

The 42-Mile Middle Sister offers a few more scenic miles.  Please check back for the Middle Sister Map and the Middle Sister Cue Sheet.

The 62-Mile Burly Girl is a great ride and will challenge the experienced rider.  Please check back for the Burly Girl Map & Burly Girl Cue Sheet.

*Please note riders are able to change their route selection on ride day.
